stephen wiltshire drawing the manhattan skyline

uk artist stephen wiltshire began this illustration monday and completed it today.  set up at pratt institute, he drew the manhattan skyline from memory!  by the age of three, wiltshire was diagnosed with autism and began displaying signs of his incredible photographic memory not too long afterwards – earning a title of prodigious savant.  new york is the last of his cityscape series <other metropolises include london, tokyo, hong kong, rome, madrid, frankfurt, dubai + jerusalem> up next : individual buildings.
